First Aid at Work
3 days
This course meets the full HSE requirements for the statutory FAW (First Aid at Work) Qualification. Learners will attend three 6 hours of practical trainer-led training days.

Emergency First Aid at Work
1 day
This course is most suited to lower-risk workplaces where a risk assessment has identified the need for staff to possess first aid skills and knowledge.
This practical 6-hour course is delivered at one of our training centres or at your place of work for groups of up to 12.

Paediatric First Aid
2 days
Our Blended Paediatric First Aid course combines 6hrs of practical training with 6hrs of e-Learning. Our web-based, interactive e-Learning module must be completed prior to the practical day. Learners can access the module as many times as required via a computer / laptop / tablet and phone.
Emergency Paediatric
First Aid
1 day
This course is the entry level Paediatric First Aid course suitable for parents, nannies and au pairs. If you are registering with Ofsted or need an EFYS compliant course you will need our full two day course.
Bespoke First Aid courses
We can design and deliver bespoke first aid training courses for any purpose and to suit any requirement. This option is useful for clubs, schools or big industries with very specific risk assessment requirements.
Family First Aid

This 3 hour Family First Aid course covers the essential lifesaving skills that you might need around the home. It includes time for tailored/bespoke content that can be specific to you.

Mental Health Awareness

Mental Health and wellbeing in the Workplace is a big concern. Learn how to recognise the signs and symptoms and how you can deal with the issues.
This short course provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a range of mental health conditions, how to start a supportive conversation and when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help.

First Aid for Mental Health
6 hours
In addition to the Level 1 training, Learners will know how to recognise and manage stress and understand the impact of substance abuse. They will learn about the first aid action plan for mental health, be able to put it in place and know how to implement a positive mental health culture in the workplace.
